Almost done
Nearly done this character, theres things i'm still gonna tweak but i got the major stuff done and then some. It's all weighted n rigged, hence he's posing. and i added a hand gun to boot. I'm quite pleased witht he results.

i really like the texture on the pants. I think the way the head is in the pose looks a bit akward like he has a kick in his neck maybe if you rotated the shoulders and straightend his neck a bit i think it would open up the pose. my 2 cents.
